儲 存 液0.01M TBS(pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.03% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol.
保存條件Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.

ABCA5 is a member of the superfamily of ATP binding cassette (ABC) transporters. ABC proteins transport various molecules across extra and intracellular membranes. ABC genes are divided into seven distinct subfamilies (ABC1, MDR/TAP, MRP, ALD, OABP, GCN20, and White). ABCA5 is a member of the ABC1 subfamily. Members of the ABC1 subfamily comprise the only major ABC subfamily found exclusively in multicellular eukaryotes. ABCA5 is localized in the lysosome, late endosome and Golgi apparatus membrane and is thought to play a role in the processing of autolysosomes.

May play a role in the processing of autolysosomes (By similarity).

Lysosome membrane; Multi-pass membrane protein. Late endosome membrane; Multi-pass membrane protein. Golgi apparatus membrane; Multi-pass membrane protein (By similarity).

Ubiquitously expressed. Highly expressed in testis, skeletal muscle, kidney, liver and placenta.
